The equipment uses zeolite molecular sieve as an adsorbent, according to the pressure swing adsorption principle. Owing to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, large amounts of nitrogen are absorbed by the molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase. Thus, nitrogen and oxygen can be separated under pressure swing adsorption. The equipment, on the other hand, adopts double tower or multi-tower structure to adsorb oxygen while desorption regeneration. Through controlling the opening and closing of pneumatic valves by PLC and other intelligent procedures, two or more towers can cycle alternately, producing high quality oxygen consistently.
