HANGZHOU NUZHUO TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO.,LTD.

In early June, NUZHUO welcomed an important client from Uzbekistan. This client made a special trip to visit the Tonglu manufacturing base of NUZHUO, with the aim of witnessing the on-site commissioning process of the PSA oxygen generator they ordered. The client focused on evaluating the stability of the oxygen purity of the equipment under continuous operation conditions. After several hours of rigorous testing, all the equipment indicators exceeded the contract requirements. The client immediately gave a thumbs-up and highly praised NUZHUO’s technical strength and manufacturing process.

 

The Uzbekistani client visiting us is a well-known industrial gas supplier in the local area. They plan to use this PSA oxygen generator for enriching oxygen for combustion in metal cutting and welding processes. Due to the extremely sensitive nature of the end-process regarding fluctuations in oxygen purity, after comparing with multiple suppliers in the early stage, the client was ultimately impressed by the “full-process traceable purity guarantee solution” provided by NUZHUO and decided to come to China to participate in the entire machine acceptance and commissioning.

In the NUZHUO testing workshop, this NZO type pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator has completed all assembly and pre-testing as per the contract requirements. The client representative, along with their own precision dew point meter and oxygen analyzer, conducted continuous sampling at the equipment’s exhaust port together with the NUZHUO technical team. From the equipment’s startup, the alternate operation of the adsorption towers, to the stable oxygen production, NUZHUO engineers accompanied and explained throughout the process, demonstrating the intelligent control system featuring “one-click start, automatic switching, and fault self-diagnosis”.

 

The debugging process lasted for over four hours. The equipment operated continuously under the rated flow rate . On-site data showed that the oxygen purity remained stable at 93% ± 0.5%, and the pressure dew point was better than -40℃, fully meeting the strict requirements of industrial oxygen-enriched combustion for oxygen concentration and dryness. What surprised the customers even more was that, under simulated grid voltage fluctuations and sudden changes in compressed air pressure, the equipment, through the dual-tower equalization and rapid opening and closing valve control algorithms independently developed by NUZHUO, restored the purity within no more than 15 seconds, and no不合格 oxygen entered the downstream pipeline.

“Our main concern was the inconsistent purity, which would affect the cutting quality. We never expected that NUZHUO’s equipment could remain so stable even when subjected to continuous load variations. In fact, it was even better than some brands we saw in Europe.” The customer representative expressed his amazement on the spot.

 

In addition, this oxygen generator is equipped with the third-generation NUZHUO composite molecular sieve filling technology, which increases the utilization rate of the adsorbent by 12%. At the same time, it is also equipped with an energy consumption intelligent management system. The electricity consumption for producing one unit of oxygen is only about 0.38 kWh/Nm³, which is nearly 20% more energy-efficient than the existing similar equipment in Uzbekistan. The customer carefully recorded the equipment’s floor area, maintenance cycle and spare parts list, and stated that this equipment will bring significant cost advantages to their gas supply project in Tashkent.
