Recently, NUZHUO welcomed a distinguished client representative from Pakistan. This visit aimed to enable the client to have a close-up understanding of NUZHUO’s technical capabilities and product manufacturing processes. During the visit and exchange, the client not only inspected the modern production workshop in person, but also personally learned and experienced the complete operation process of the PSA pressure swing adsorption system, and gained a deep understanding of the key precautions for equipment usage.

NUZHUO has over 100,000 square meters of modern standard workshops. Its PSA air purification and oxygen generation equipment have been widely applied in various fields such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, medical care, and food preservation. During the visit, the Pakistani customers focused on inspecting the core components and operation logic of the PSA system. Accompanied by the company’s technicians, the customers went deep into the production line, observing and participating in the practical operation demonstrations of the equipment from air compression, purification to adsorption and separation. NUZHUO detailedly explained how the PSA technology, through the selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen by the adsorbent under different pressures, can achieve efficient production of high-purity gases.

The customers showed great interest in the highly automated and intelligent control system of the NUZHUO equipment. After experiencing the digital control panel and real-time monitoring functions of the equipment, the customers highly praised the system’s ability to ensure the gas purity meets the standard while maintaining low energy consumption operation. In addition, the NUZHUO technicians emphasized the key points of daily maintenance and operation procedures, including the replacement cycle of molecular sieves, the inspection points of valve sealingity, and the safety handling procedures in emergency situations. Through hands-on teaching and case analysis, the customer team gained a more comprehensive understanding of the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
