Recently, a set of High Production High Purity 5000Nm³/h cryogenic nitrogen production unit produced by NUZHUO has officially set off and is heading to the project site in Inner Mongolia. The entire equipment adopts a mature and reliable cryogenic distillation process, featuring high gas production capacity, high nitrogen purity, stable operation, and optimized energy consumption. It can continuously and stably produce high-quality nitrogen over a long period of time, fully meeting the strict production requirements for large-scale high-purity nitrogen in industries such as coal chemical and new materials. Since the project was initiated, the customer has set extremely high standards for equipment design, manufacturing accuracy, and adaptability to low-temperature conditions.

Facing the project requirements, the NUZHUO technical, production and quality inspection teams worked closely together, from scheme design, component processing, complete assembly, to multiple rounds of airtightness tests and joint debugging, strictly implementing the entire process quality control. Considering the large temperature differences between day and night and the severe cold in Inner Mongolia, the team specially optimized the equipment’s anti-freezing, anti-chilling and low-temperature configuration to ensure that the device could adapt to complex working conditions and operate for a long time after arriving at the site. Through intense and orderly efforts, all technical indicators of the entire set of equipment met the standards and successfully passed the factory acceptance.
