Recently, a 10Nm³/h industrial oxygen generator produced by NUZHUO successfully completed the factory inspection and was officially dispatched to Vietnam. This marks that NUZHUO has added another case to its layout in the Southeast Asian market, and also further confirms the recognition of overseas customers for the quality and service of NUZHUO’s oxygen generation equipment.

The 10Nm³/h oxygen generator shipped this time adopts the mature PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generation technology developed by NUZHUO. It uses clean compressed air as the raw material and selectively adsorbs nitrogen through molecular sieves to achieve efficient separation and enrichment of oxygen. The core advantages of this equipment are as follows:

1. Stable gas production and controllable purity

The equipment can stably produce oxygen with a purity of 90% – 95%. The flow rate and purity can be adjusted in real time, meeting the differentiated gas demand of various industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, aquaculture, medical care, and glass manufacturing.

2. High efficiency and energy saving, low operating cost

NUZHUO has optimized the structure of the adsorption tower, the filling process of molecular sieves, and the pneumatic valve control system, effectively reducing air loss and energy consumption. Compared with purchased bottled oxygen or liquid oxygen, on-site oxygen generation can significantly reduce long-term gas usage costs and has a short investment return period.

3. High degree of automation and convenient maintenance

The equipment is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, supporting one-click start and stop, unmanned operation, and having real-time monitoring functions for pressure, purity, temperature, etc., and abnormal alarm functions. The modular design makes installation and commissioning more convenient, and daily maintenance only requires regular replacement of filter elements, significantly reducing the customer’s operation burden.
