Today, Nuzhuo was honored to host a customer from Lebanon at our Hangzhou manufacturing headquarters. The primary focus of this visit was the progress verification for their customized product. Accompanied by our senior engineering team, the Lebanese customer conducted a thorough walkthrough of the production floor, inspecting the core components including the rectification tower and the molecular sieve purification system. The clients expressed high satisfaction with the visible progress, noting that Nuzhuo’s real-time production tracking matches the rigorous standards required for their local industrial gas market. This visit reinforces the trust between Nuzhuo and our Middle Eastern partners, ensuring that every weld and every module is built to perfection before shipment.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing and service,  NUZHUO focuses on cryogenic air separation units, PSA oxygen/nitrogen generators, VPSA oxygen plants, air dryers, and oxygen, nitrogen and argon booster compressors.

Ultra-high purity and stability. The nitrogen/oxygen production purity of Nuzhuo equipment is stable, the dew point meets the highest industrial standards. The unique molecular sieve purification system and the explosion-proof design of the main condenser ensure that the gas output does not decrease under continuous full-load operation conditions.

Extremely energy-efficient and low operating costs. The electricity consumption per unit of gas produced is 12% – 18% lower than that of similar products. The fully automatic load regulation function of the equipment can intelligently match energy consumption according to real-time consumption, avoiding energy waste.

Modularization and rapid deployment. For rapid factory renovation or expansion projects, Nuzhuo has launched containerized units. The factory is pre-assembled and can be connected and used on-site immediately, reducing the installation period by 70%.

Full lifecycle intelligent operation and maintenance. The equipment is equipped with the remote monitoring system independently developed by Nuzhuo. It can monitor the pressure, temperature, liquid level and gas purity inside the tower in real time, automatically issue warnings and generate maintenance work orders through the cloud.
