Recently, NUZHUO Group has successfully completed the construction of two new cryogenic air separation equipment. This demonstrates NUZHUO’s outstanding capabilities in industrial gas equipment manufacturing, and further showcases NUZHUO’s large-scale manufacturing capacity and project delivery strength in the field of cryogenic air separation technology.

The successful construction of these two cryogenic air separation units is a concentrated manifestation of NUZHUO’s continuous technological accumulation in the field of cryogenic air separation. It is known that this equipment adopts mature cryogenic low-temperature distillation core technology, and its core components are all selected from internationally renowned brand products. From the hardware perspective, this ensures the reliable quality of the equipment. The equipment is equipped with an optimized molecular sieve dual adsorption system, which can deeply filter out moisture, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons and other impurities in the air, effectively preventing the accumulation of impurities from affecting the operation efficiency and service life of the equipment.

In terms of energy efficiency, these two devices are equally impressive. The R&D team has comprehensively optimized the heat exchange structure, distillation tower process, and power system of the equipment. They adopted efficient structured packed towers and new main heat exchangers, resulting in a significant reduction in overall energy consumption compared to traditional equipment. At the same time, the equipment supports a 7×24-hour uninterrupted operation mode, which can perfectly meet the continuous large-scale production gas demands of industries such as tire rubber and large-scale chemical production. The operation failure rate is extremely low, and it can maintain a stable gas production state for a long time.

In recent years, NUZHUO has been accelerating its global expansion in the field of cryogenic air separation. Currently, its products have been successfully delivered to more than 15 countries and regions including Russia, Uzbekistan, Chile, Thailand, and Indonesia. In the past year alone, NUZHUO has completed over 60 cryogenic projects. At the same time, the construction of the intelligent manufacturing base in Fuyang, Hangzhou, is nearing completion. With a total investment of 200 million yuan and a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters, the new factory is about to be put into use. The production capacity and efficiency of the cryogenic air separation equipment factory are expected to increase by 30%. This production capacity layout will provide a solid manufacturing guarantee for NUZHUO to undertake more cryogenic air separation projects in the future.
