Recently, the Cryogenic high-purity nitrogen plant (model KDN-1600) constructed by NUZHUO for ATL Company – this project site has witnessed significant progress. The main equipment installation work is proceeding efficiently as per the plan, and the on-site engineering management, safety regulations, and construction quality are all under full control.

NUZHUO has arranged for engineers and technicians with rich experience in cold storage equipment to be stationed on-site for an extended period. They are responsible for guiding the equipment installation, connecting the pipelines, conducting instrument debugging, and supervising safety throughout the process, ensuring that every step complies with the design and process standards.

Special personnel update the on-site situation regularly,In addition to the on-site staff, NUZHUO also specially assigns project coordination personnel to visit the site regularly to shoot, record, and transmit the latest construction and commissioning progress. This forms a visualized progress report and is promptly synchronized with the clients and the internal teams of the company. This approach ensures transparency of the project status and prompt response, truly achieving “process traceability and no overnight problems”

At present, the cold box, purification system and key valves of the KDN-1600 device have been basically installed. The next step will be to enter the purging, bare cooling and interlock debugging phases. The NUZHUO on-site team will continue to maintain high standards of operation and strive to achieve the planned production of high-purity nitrogen gas, meeting the strict requirements of ATL Company for gas purity and supply stability.
