HANGZHOU NUZHUO TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO.,LTD.

These days, construction of several new factories in Fu Yang and Tong Lu of Hangzhou is nearing completion. The five core production bases, including PSA oxygen/nitrogen production plants, booster machine factories, and pressure vessel factories, have all entered the relocation and distribution stage.

Each factory performs precise specialization to build a full-chain autonomous manufacturing system. This factory relocation and distribution is the largest capacity upgrade action in the history of NUZHUO’s development. According to the plan, each production base has its own responsibilities, forming a complete manufacturing loop from core components to complete equipment:

(1)Cryogenic Separation factory: Comprehensive expansion and technical upgrade. As NUZHUO’s traditional strong sector, the cryogenic separation plant has achieved comprehensive facility upgrades in this expansion. NUZHUO has accumulated rich project experience in the field of cryogenic separation, and “NEW GAS-SMALL SCALE CRYOGENIC ASU EXPERT”: The products have been successfully delivered to more than 30 countries and regions such as Russia, Chile, and the Philippines, and in the past year alone, over 60 cryogenic projects have been completed!

(2)PSA Oxygen/ Nitrogen Production Factory: Overall relocation. The PSA plant implemented an overall relocation in this adjustment. The new factory not only significantly expanded in area but also achieved a leap in production line layout and automation level. NUZHUO’s PSA oxygen/nitrogen equipment has accumulated a good reputation in the global market, and in the Russian market, over 100 PSA and drying system integration solutions have been completed.

(3)Booster factory: Independent establishment of a new factory, with the establishment of a dedicated new Booster factory. This factory has officially started production as early as the beginning of 2026.

(4)Pressure Vessel, Valve and Accessories Factory: As the core component manufacturing base of gas generation equipment, this factory is responsible for the production of key components such as towers, valves, and intelligent control valves. NUZHUO has a complete chain capability from valve research and development to manufacturing, and its products cover pneumatic intelligent control valves, temperature control valves, cut-off valves, etc., and have obtained international certifications such as CE and ISO9001. The self-production and self-supply of core components ensure the controllable quality and delivery cycle of the entire equipment.

(5)Drying Machine Factory: Deeply engaged in the field of gas purification. The drying machine factory focuses on the research and manufacturing of compressed air purification and deep drying equipment. NUZHUO’s adsorption-type drying machine adopts a combined technology of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, through optimizing the gas distribution structure in the tower and filling the adsorbent layer in layers, it can stabilize the pressure dew point to below -60℃, and is equipped with an independently developed remote monitoring system to achieve real-time online monitoring and early warning of equipment operation status.

With the upgrading and expansion of the factory layout, the competitive advantages of NUZHUO have become increasingly clear:

First, full-chain self-control. From cryogenic air separation, PSA pressure adsorption to compressors, valves, dryers, NUZHUO has achieved independent research and development and manufacturing of core equipment and components. This vertical integration capability not only effectively controls costs, but also ensures the technical compatibility and quality synergy among all links, providing customers with a truly one-stop gas solution.

Second, intelligent and digital empowerment. The new factory fully integrates the “future factory” concept. The Fuyang new factory project has a total investment of 200 million RMB and a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters. At the same time, the intelligent control system and remote operation platform installed on the equipment enable customers to monitor real-time equipment operation data, achieving a transformation from “selling equipment” to “providing intelligent services”.

Third, global delivery capability. The new base can meet the large-scale modular transportation needs of overseas projects. Combined with NUZHUO’s accumulated design, construction and maintenance experience covering over 60 countries and more than 100 projects worldwide.
