This week, a client from Venezuela visited NUZHUO. Unlike a typical business visit, the core agenda of this visit revolved around reviewing the small-scale deep cryogenic nitrogen production unit that had been debugged and put into operation locally in Venezuela. They also confirmed the on-site plan for subsequent capacity expansion.

For NUZHUO, Venezuela is not unfamiliar. Earlier this year, a small-scale cryogenic nitrogen production unit exported by NUZHUO to Venezuela had successfully completed its debugging and was delivered to the customer for use. This equipment mainly serves the inert gas protection process in local factories, preventing the oxidation of metal materials during the processing and meeting the purging and displacement requirements of chemical reaction vessels. The client flew specifically to Hangzhou because of the stability demonstrated by the first unit in actual operation, hoping to conduct on-site inspections of NUZHUO’s manufacturing capabilities and quality control system, in order to make decisions for the next stage of cooperation.

During the two-day visit, the client focused on visiting the standardized production workshop and product testing area of NUZHUO. NUZHUO presented to the client the core process flow of the cryogenic air separation equipment and explained the adaptability to the local climate conditions in Venezuela. The previous units delivered to Venezuela adopted a compact structural design, which could be installed outdoors and adapt to variable climates. This design logic was confirmed by the client on-site during this communication. Additionally, the technical teams from both sides verified item by item the energy consumption data and maintenance cycle during the long-term operation of the equipment. The client expressed clear concern about the low energy consumption per unit under high flow demand of the cryogenic process.

 It is worth mentioning that NUZHUO does not merely provide a single piece of equipment in the cryogenic air separation field. Public information indicates that its product line covers cryogenic air separation equipment, PSA/VPSA oxygen and nitrogen production devices, and intelligent control valves. It has also delivered cryogenic air separation equipment to multiple South American countries including Venezuela, Peru, Chile, and Ecuador. This regional delivery record forms the trust foundation for this client visit: the client has already had comparable equipment operation cases to examine locally in Venezuela, rather than making judgments based solely on samples or promotional materials.

Both parties reached a preliminary consensus on the selection parameters of the subsequent equipment and the delivery time. NUZHUO confirmed that they will provide customized design solutions based on the specific operating conditions of the Venezuelan customers, and will retain the full service capability from design, manufacturing to on-site commissioning overseas. The customer side stated that the actual operation data of the first piece of equipment was the direct reason for this visit and for promoting the subsequent procurement.

This visit did not include any ceremonial elements. Before leaving the factory, the customer completed a feedback record on the operation status of the existing equipment and visited the new factory construction progress of NUZHUO in Tonglu. For NUZHUO, the South American market, especially the region where Venezuela is located, its demand for industrial gases is currently in a period of simultaneous equipment renewal and capacity supplementation. Letting the customer see the manufacturing site with their own eyes and verify the real data of the operating equipment in person is more persuasive than any written commitment.
