[Hangzhou, July 7, 2025] Today, the large-scale air separation equipment project customized by Nuzhuo Group for Russian customers, KDON-70 (67Y)/108 (80Y), was successfully loaded and shipped, marking another important breakthrough for the company in the field of international high-end air separation equipment.

The KDON-70 (67Y)/108 (80Y) air separation equipment shipped this time adopts a modular design, integrating the high-efficiency and energy-saving distillation technology and intelligent control system independently developed by Nuzhuo Group, which can meet the stringent requirements of Russian customers for high-purity oxygen and nitrogen and the extreme low temperature environment of -70℃. The equipment has the following advantages:
1. Low energy consumption: unit energy consumption is 15% lower than the industry standard;
2. High stability: adapt to the extremely cold climate of Russia (stable operation in -40℃ environment);
3. Intelligence: remote monitoring system supports customers to manage equipment status in real time.
Delivery site: efficient collaboration to ensure delivery
At the production base of Nuzhuo Group, multiple heavy trucks load equipment modules in an orderly manner, and the technical team supervises the shipping process throughout the process to ensure the transportation safety of core components (such as cold boxes and compressors). Russian customer representatives witnessed the delivery process through video links and highly recognized Nuzhuo Group’s professional organizational capabilities and rigorous work attitude.
