During the laser cutting process, high-pressure nitrogen serves as the core auxiliary gas. The pressure stability and supply continuity of this gas directly determine the cutting quality and speed. The Nuzhuo nitrogen booster machine can increase the pressure of the low-pressure nitrogen produced by the on-site nitrogen generator to 15-20 MPa, which is the required pressure for the laser cutting machine. This creates a powerful inert protective atmosphere. This not only effectively prevents the cutting surface from oxidizing, achieving a cutting effect with no burrs and extremely high smoothness, but is more importantly, the high-pressure nitrogen significantly increases the cutting speed. Factory practice data shows that when cutting thick plates, the efficiency has increased by more than 40% compared to when the gas supply was insufficient before, significantly shortening the delivery cycle.

The nitrogen booster machine put into use this time adopts intelligent control and the “produce immediately and use immediately” mode, enabling the factory to completely eliminate its reliance on purchased high-pressure gas cylinders. It can reduce approximately 28% of related gas costs and carbon emissions annually.
