NUZHUO has successfully delivered set of containerized PSA nitrogen equipment again today. The customer is from Russia and they are using this equipment for laser cutting!

The PSA nitrogen plant of NUZHUO has undergone comprehensive tests for nitrogen purity, flow stability, overall energy efficiency ratio, and the response speed of the control system. Only after confirming that the operation is error-free will it be delivered to the customers. Moreover, the precise pipeline layout inside the container, the seamless welding process, etc., are all designed for insulation and control systems to cope with the extremely cold weather in Russia. These have won high praise from customers.

The equipment shipped this time adopts advanced PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology and innovative integrated design for containers. It is plug-and-play, with all components pre-installed in standard containers. After the customers arrive at the site, they only need to connect the power supply and pipelines to start operation. Moreover, the machine operates intelligently, equipped with an advanced remote monitoring system, enabling unmanned operation and intelligent energy-saving operation.
