The equipment adopts a fully low-pressure molecular sieve adsorption process, and ensures gas purity through “three-level purification”. The first stage: air passes through a self-cleaning filter for coarse filtration and then enters the compressor. The compressed air is pre-cooled and dehumidified in the dry air machine; the second stage: it enters the molecular sieve purification unit, where carbon dioxide, acetylene and residual moisture are adsorbed and removed; this stage directly affects the safety and stability of the entire deep cooling system; the third stage: the purified air exchanges heat with the returning low-temperature gas in the main heat exchanger, and its temperature drops to close to the liquefaction point before entering the distillation tower. In the distillation tower, the gas repeatedly evaporates and condenses between the tower plates, ultimately achieving precise separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen is drawn from the top of the tower, and liquid oxygen is extracted from the bottom of the tower. The purity is stably controlled at over 99.6%. This process may seem simple, but it imposes extremely strict requirements on the design of tower internals, pipeline insulation, and valve sealing. Nuzhuo, with decades of technical accumulation, successfully overcame the industry pain point of “large cold loss and high energy consumption” in small-scale deep cooling equipment, reducing the overall system energy consumption by more than 15% compared to traditional designs.
