As one of the popular products of Nuzhuo Technology, liquid nitrogen machines have a wide foreign market. For example, we exported one set 24 liters per day capacity liquid nitrogen generator to a local hospital in the United Arab Emirates for the storage of in vitro fertilization samples; exported one set stainless steel liquid nitrogen unit of 5 liters per hour to Indonesia for food preservation; exported one set of 30 liters per hour liquid nitrogen plant to Switzerland for the sale of liquid nitrogen in the customer’s local area. In addition, there are also many successful cases of our liquid nitrogen generator in the Republic of the Congo, New Zealand, Australia, and so on.
Now I’ll briefly introduce our liquid nitrogen generator that use the mixed refrigerant method. As shown in the above photo, the output of our liquid nitrogen generator with mixed refrigerant is 5L/DAY-30L/H, and the maximum purity can reach 99.999%. The liquid nitrogen generator of the mixed refrigerant method mainly uses two types of refrigerants: ordinary refrigerant (R507A Model) and mixed refrigerant. The normal operating estimated suction pressure of ordinary refrigerant is 0.14-0.25mpa, and the estimated exhaust pressure is 1.0-2.1mpa. When the mixed refrigerant is working normally at 0℃-165℃, the estimated suction pressure is 0.12-0.25mpa and the estimated exhaust pressure is 1.3-1.8mpa. When the mixed refrigerant is operating normally at -165℃ to 186℃, the estimated suction pressure is 0.3-0.5mpa and the estimated exhaust pressure is 1.1-2.2mpa.
