Second, the process is simple, operation is flexible, and it is convenient to start and stop
Compared with cryogenic oxygen production technology, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production has a relatively simple process. The main power equipment is Roots blower and Roots vacuum pump, and the operation is relatively simple and easy to maintain. Since there is no cooling or heating process during the start-up and shutdown of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment, the original start-up only takes 30 minutes to produce qualified oxygen, and the short-term shutdown only takes a few minutes to produce oxygen. Moreover, the shutdown of the device is simpler, only requiring the shutdown of the power equipment and control program. Compared with cryogenic oxygen production, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production technology is more convenient to start and stop, significantly reducing the operating costs incurred during the start-up and shutdown of the equipment.

Third, it requires less investment and has a short construction period
The process flow of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation device is simple, mainly composed of the power system, adsorption system and valve switching system, etc. The number of equipment is small, which can save the one-time investment cost of the equipment. The device occupies a small area, which can reduce the civil construction cost of the device and the cost of construction land. The processing and manufacturing cycle of the equipment is relatively short. The processing cycle of the main equipment generally does not exceed four months. Under normal circumstances, the oxygen production requirement can be achieved within six months. Compared with the construction period of nearly one year for cryogenic oxygen production, the construction time of the device is significantly reduced.
Fourth, the equipment is simple and easy to maintain
The equipment used in the pressure swing adsorption oxygen production technology, such as blowers, vacuum pumps and program-controlled valves, can all be domestically produced. The replacement of spare parts is easy, which can reduce costs and make the construction period easy to control. The equipment maintenance is simple and the after-sales service is convenient. Compared with the maintenance of large centrifugal compressors used in cryogenic oxygen production, users of pressure swing adsorption oxygen production do not need to invest a large amount of maintenance funds or hire professional maintenance workers.

The fifth point is that load regulation is convenient
Compared with cryogenic liquid oxygen technology, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production can achieve rapid adjustment of output and purity with little change in pure oxygen power consumption. The general output can be adjusted between 30% and 100%, and the purity can be adjusted between 70% and 95%. Especially when several sets of pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation devices are used in parallel, the load adjustment is much easier.
Sixth, it has a high level of operational safety
Due to the fact that pressure swing adsorption oxygen production is a low-pressure operation at room temperature and there will be no phenomena such as the enrichment of liquid oxygen and acetylene, it is safer compared with the low-temperature and high-pressure operation of cryogenic oxygen production.
