October 20, 2025 News: Yesterday, our company’s air separation unit achieved efficient and stable operation. The output of liquid products exceeded the design indicators significantly, and the purity and output of gas products met or exceeded the design requirements, demonstrating outstanding production efficiency.

1. The liquid production exceeded the target, with liquid oxygen performing particularly well.

Oxygen liquid production volume

Actual production volume: 232.7 m³/h (design value 150 m³/h), exceeding the target by 55.1%.

Calculation process: Single-shift production volume (3.15 + 3.83 = 6.98 tons) → Converted to hourly production volume (6.98 × 800 / 24 ≈ 232.7 m³/h).

Nitrogen liquefaction output

Actual production volume: 147.6 m³/h (design value 150 m³/h), nearly at full capacity.

Note: The current liquid nitrogen pipeline has not yet been insulated, and the vaporization loss has not been included in the production volume. The actual production capacity potential is greater.

Total liquid production volume reached 379.6 m³/h, exceeding the design value (300 m³/h) by 26.5%.

2. Achieving dual compliance with gas product purity and output standards

Air oxygen products

Output: 8525 m³/h (design: 8500 m³/h), purity: 99.79% (design: >99.6%).

Nitrogen gas products

Output: 17800 m³/h (design: 16000 m³/h), purity is only 0.4 ppm (design: <10 ppm), quality far exceeds industry standards.

III. Production Optimization and Follow-up Plans

Key to efficiency improvement: Through precise adjustment of process parameters and equipment maintenance, achieve overproduction operation.

Next step focus:

Accelerate the insulation construction of the liquid nitrogen pipeline to reduce vaporization losses and further enhance production capacity.

Continuously monitor the purity of the gas to ensure the stable supply of high-value-added products.
