No.1: One-line / Square-shaped（Two-lines）

a.Space and maintenance advantages: The maintenance and operation space between the equipment is enough , facilitating daily inspections, valve repairs and so on.

b.Good heat dissipation and ventilation: Each module is independently arranged, there is no enclosed space. Heat can be dissipated through the natural ventilation of the factory building, and no additional exhaust system is required.

c.Low base cost: Usually, only a simple concrete foundation is required, without the need for special foundation treatment.

d.Extremely scalable: When adding backup towers or expanding capacity, it can be directly extended at both ends or on one side of the original layout, allowing for flexible modifications.

e.Initial investment is low: The container shell and internal lighting, air conditioning and other facilities are not included.

a.All the equipment is compactly installed on a common steel base (skid) and is transported as a whole, then connected on-site.

b.Easy installation, saving construction time: Before leaving the factory, the pipelines have been connected and the instruments have been debugged. On-site, only the main water, electricity and gas pipes need to be connected to quickly put it into use.

c.Small in size! Highly integrated!

d.Easy for on-site handling: The blocks can be moved as a whole using a forklift or crane, making it suitable for users who need to adjust the production line or rent a site.

e.Standardized production, controllable quality: Assembly and testing are completed within the factory, with minimal influence from on-site construction conditions, resulting in more stable quality.

No.3: Containerized Type

a.The entire PSA oxygen generation system is integrated into a standard shipping container, and it has the capability to operate independently outdoors.

Ultra-convenient mobility: It can be transported directly by trucks, trains or ships without the need for disassembly.

b.Ready-to-use, no need for factory: After being placed on a hardened surface, it can be connected to water and electricity to start operating. This completely eliminates the construction period and costs of civil engineering and factory building.

c.High protection and temperature control: The box has windproof, rainproof and dustproof capabilities (IP54 or above), and the interior can be equipped with air conditioners or heaters, capable of adapting to extreme climates ranging from -30℃ to 50℃.

d.Confidentiality and tidiness: The equipment is completely enclosed by the box, preventing external interference and process leakage; the appearance is uniform and tidy, meeting environmental protection and safety requirements.

e.Easy for leasing and relocation: It can be made into a leasing device. After the project is completed, it can be lifted away as a whole, ensuring strong asset liquidity.
