Recently, the small-scale deep cryogenic nitrogen production device independently developed and manufactured by Nuzhuo was successfully debugged in Venezuela and has been put into operation. This project is another successful overseas deployment of China’s deep cryogenic equipment, marking a more solid step forward for Nuzhuo in the field of deep cryogenic technology.

The equipment delivered this time is located in an industrial zone in Venezuela and is mainly serving a local metal processing and manufacturing enterprise. During the metal processing process, nitrogen is widely used for laser cutting, welding protection, and oxidation prevention in the heat treatment stage. In the past, this factory relied on purchasing liquid nitrogen tank trucks for supply, which not only had high transportation costs but was also affected by local logistics conditions, often facing the risk of supply interruption, which seriously affected the continuity of production. The small-scale deep cryogenic nitrogen generation device provided by Nuzhuo adopts a on-site gas generation mode. After its operation, this factory will achieve independent supply and on-demand use of nitrogen. The device operates stably, and the nitrogen purity and supply pressure both meet the strict requirements of the customer’s production line for high-purity protective gas, completely solving the problem of “gas shortage”, providing a fundamental guarantee for the stable production of the factory.
