Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generators, as a on-site gas generation technology, directly utilize the existing compressed air in the factory to produce nitrogen, significantly reducing energy consumption and potential emissions in gas transportation and storage processes, perfectly aligning with the sustainable development goals of modern factories.

A Pakistani factory that produces cutting components decided to replace its old liquid nitrogen storage tank gas supply system. In 2024, this factory adopted the integrated intelligent PSA nitrogen generation solution provided by Nuzhuo. The system was installed near the factory’s compressed air station and supplied gas to multiple laser cutting workstations in the workshop through an efficient pipeline network. After the project was implemented, the factory not only obtained stable and reliable high-purity nitrogen supply, ensuring the perfect quality of the cutting surfaces of high-end automotive components, but also seamlessly connected its IoT platform data with the factory’s energy management system . This enabled managers to clearly track and optimize the energy efficiency of the entire compressed air and nitrogen generation system. The annual carbon emissions related to gases were reduced by approximately 28%, while achieving a more transparent and controllable gas production cost.
