Qingdao, China [October 14, 2025] Nuzhuo Group, a global leader in industrial gases and advanced manufacturing, today announced the successful commissioning and official commencement of its KDN-3000 high-purity nitrogen cryogenic air separation project in Qingdao, China. This milestone achievement not only demonstrates Nuzhuo Group’s global leadership in cryogenic technology but also injects strong momentum into the semiconductor, new materials, and high-end chemical industries in China and globally.

The successfully commissioned KDN-3000 unit is one of the most technologically advanced and largest single-unit high-purity nitrogen supply systems in the world. The project utilizes Nuzhuo Group’s independently developed sixth-generation cryogenic air separation technology, achieving breakthroughs in energy consumption, purity, and automation. Its core performance indicator—a nitrogen purity consistently exceeding 99.9999% and a production capacity of up to 3,000 standard cubic meters per hour—ensures stable and reliable ultra-high-purity nitrogen supply for a large high-tech industrial park.

During the project commissioning process, Nuzhuo Group’s technical team overcame numerous engineering challenges, ensuring precise control of the entire process, from air compression, pre-cooling, purification, to distillation and separation. The success of this project signifies that China has reached world-leading levels in the design, integration, and operation of large-scale cryogenic air separation equipment.
