The PSA (pressure swing adsorption) nitrogen generator delivered this time utilizes Nuzhuo Group’s newly developed seventh-generation intelligent molecular sieve system, achieving the following breakthroughs:

The customer is reportedly the largest frozen food exporter in the United States, with products exported to the Middle East and Europe. The new equipment will be primarily used for:

1. Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) of high-value seafood such as tuna and lobster;

2. Nitrogen filling for freshness preservation of dairy and baked goods, replacing traditional chemical preservatives;

3. Establishing a digital nitrogen management system to achieve carbon footprint traceability.
