Air purification system

1. The design of the molecular sieve purifier adopts a "double-layer bed" structure, so that before the air enters the molecular sieve bed, the moisture is adsorbed by the activated alumina, protecting the molecular sieve and allowing the molecular sieve to fully exert its ability to adsorb CO2 and CnHm. The purifier can remove the CO2 content in the air to 1ppm, while also reducing the regeneration temperature and regeneration energy consumption, and increasing the service life of the molecular sieve; (small air separation unit uses a single-layer bed structure)

2. An airflow uniform distribution device is set up, which has a long service life, saves investment, and reduces energy consumption;

3. Design and calculation are carried out in accordance with the specifications of "Steel Pressure Vessels".
