Recently, the Wanhua Group’s KDN-14000 high-nitrogen project, constructed by Hangzhou Nuzhuo Technology, achieved a successful first start-up. All process indicators have met the design requirements, and the device has now smoothly transitioned to the operational state. The achievement of this milestone further solidifies Nuzhuo Technology’s market position in the field of large-scale deep cooling nitrogen production equipment.

This deep cryogenic nitrogen production unit serves a key chemical industrial base of Wanhua Group and is responsible for continuously supplying high-purity nitrogen to the production system. During the chemical production process, nitrogen mainly plays two crucial roles: Firstly, before the production starts, it thoroughly purges the pipelines, reaction vessels, etc., to remove the air and moisture in the system and eliminate potential safety hazards; Secondly, during the continuous production stage, it acts as an inert protective medium, covering the surface of the reaction materials or being filled into the equipment’s inner layers, effectively preventing the contact between flammable and explosive substances and oxygen, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the entire production process. The successful commissioning of this unit has provided a reliable gas source guarantee for the stable production of related product lines of Wanhua Group.

Reviewing the entire process of the project construction, Nuzhuo Technology has always adhered to the service concept of “customer first”. During the design stage, it fully considered the actual on-site working conditions of the owner and carried out multiple rounds of optimization of the process organization. During the critical debugging period, the technical personnel continuously stayed at the site and closely cooperated with the owner’s operation team, successfully overcoming multiple technical difficulties such as the connection of process gas paths and automatic control interlocks. The relevant project manager of Wanhua Group stated at the start-up site: “The Nuzhuo team demonstrated extremely high professional standards and a sense of responsibility. From the equipment installation accuracy to the control of the debugging process, every detail can withstand scrutiny. This installation can be successfully started in one go, and it is inseparable from the close collaboration of both parties.”

The successful completion of the 14,000 high-nitrogen project by Wanhua Group marks a significant milestone in the continuous rapid development of Nuzhuo Technology’s cryogenic air separation business this year. According to statistics, in the past less than one year, the company has cumulatively undertaken over 60 cryogenic air separation projects. The project types cover high-purity nitrogen plants, liquid nitrogen plants, and oxygen enrichment plants, and the customer base is widely distributed in key industrial areas such as the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the central and western regions.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Nuzhuo Technology will continue to drive market expansion through technological innovation.
