Firstly, the holiday time is as the following:
1.NUZHUO Tonglu Factory: From Thursday, May 1st, 2025 to Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.
2.NUZHUO Sanzhong Factory: From Thursday, May 1st, 2025 to Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.
3.NUZHUO Sales Headquarters: From Thursday, May 1st, 2025 to Monday, May 5th, 2025.
Secondly, to all customers:
Kindly inform you that we will start holiday for Labor Day( International Workers’ Day) from May 1st to 5th (GMT+8). Although we are on holiday, I am monitoring urgent matters. For customers who have already made the transfer, the collection of funds may be delayed by the bank due to holidays. Once we receive the payment, we will notify you immediately and place production orders with the factory after the holidays.
About customer has placed order, holiday, the production line will pause on holiday, and restart production after holiday, please understanding.
About the logistics delivery time, some logistics channels may be affected by holidays and there might be delays in delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please be informed that the delivery time may be postponed due to the holidays.
