The maintenance of nitrogen generators is an important process to ensure their performance and extend their service life. The routine maintenance content usually includes the following aspects:

Appearance inspection: Ensure that the surface of the equipment is clean, free of dust and debris accumulation. Wipe the outer shell of the equipment with a soft cloth to remove dust and stains. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents.

Dust cleaning: Regularly clean the dust around the equipment, especially the heat sinks and filters of components such as air compressors and refrigerated dryers, to prevent blockage and affect heat dissipation and filtration effects.

Check the connection parts: Ensure that all connection parts are tight and there is no loosening or air leakage. For gas pipelines and joints, regular checks should be conducted for any leakage and timely repairs should be carried out.

Check the lubricating oil level: Inspect the lubricating oil level of the air compressor, gearbox and other parts to ensure it is within the normal range and replenish it as needed. At the same time, check the color and quality of the lubricating oil and replace it with new oil if necessary.

Drainage operation: Open the drainage port of the air storage tank every day to drain the condensate water in the air to prevent equipment corrosion. Check whether the automatic drain is working properly to prevent blockage 

Observe pressure and flow rate: Always keep an eye on the pressure gauge, flow meter and other indicating instruments on the nitrogen generator to ensure that their readings are within the normal range.
