Separation Principle :

Pressurized adsorption and vacuum desorption are used to separate oxygen and nitrogen by utilizing the different adsorption capacities of molecular sieves.

Applications：

①Steel & Metallurgy Industry

Steel making oxygen blowing: It is used in the converter steelmaking process to blow oxygen, improving the purity of molten steel and smelting efficiency, and shortening the smelting time.

Oxygen-enriched blast furnace blower: Increase the oxygen content in the blower, improve combustion efficiency, reduce coke consumption, and enhance the output of molten iron.

②Chemical Industry

④Environmental Protection Industry

Waste incineration combustion assistance: Increase the oxygen concentration inside the waste incinerator, promote complete combustion, and reduce the emission of harmful gases.

Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification: As an oxidant, it participates in desulfurization and denitrification reactions to enhance the efficiency of waste gas treatment.

⑤Other Applications

Glass manufacturing: Oxygen-enriched combustion is used in glass furnaces to increase the melting speed, reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions.

Mining industry: Provide oxygen-rich air in underground mining operations, improve ventilation conditions, and ensure operational safety.
