Separation Principle :

Pressurized adsorption and vacuum desorption are used to separate oxygen and nitrogen by utilizing the different adsorption capacities of molecular sieves.

Applications

Steel & Metallurgy Industry

Steel making oxygen blowing: It is used in the converter steelmaking process to blow oxygen, improving the purity of molten steel and smelting efficiency, and shortening the smelting time.

Oxygen-enriched blast furnace blower: Increase the oxygen content in the blower, improve combustion efficiency, reduce coke consumption, and enhance the output of molten iron.

②Chemical Industry

Chemical reaction combustion support: It provides oxygen for oxidation reactions in chemical production (such as methanol and ethylene production), accelerating the reaction rate.

Waste incineration combustion assistance: Increase the oxygen concentration inside the waste incinerator, promote complete combustion, and reduce the emission of harmful gases.

Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification: As an oxidant, it participates in desulfurization and denitrification reactions to enhance the efficiency of waste gas treatment.
