Recently, the 300 Nm³/H high-purity (99.99%) PSA nitrogen production device independently developed by Hangzhou Nuzhuo successfully completed the factory inspection and has officially set off for Vietnam. This equipment will serve the factory in Vietnam, providing crucial high-purity inert gas protection for the production and cutting processes of electronic glass substrates.

The 300 Nm³/H nitrogen generation device shipped this time has undergone multiple customized upgrades in accordance with the high standards of the electronics manufacturing industry. In terms of air source quality control, the equipment integrates a three-level precision filtration and efficient oil removal system, ensuring that the compressed air entering the adsorption tower is of high cleanliness, thus preventing oil contamination from carbon molecular sieves at the source. Notably, considering the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics of Vietnam, the NuZhu technical team has strengthened the design of the air pre-treatment system for the equipment, increasing the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger and optimizing the automatic drainage structure, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment under all-year high-temperature conditions and avoiding the influence of humidity fluctuations. After this device is put into use, it will help the owner’s factory completely get rid of the reliance on liquid nitrogen, avoid the potential risks of unstable liquid nitrogen supply and frequent price fluctuations in the overseas market, and save an annual total cost of over one million yuan in gas usage.
