Recently, the site of the large-scale deep cryogenic air separation project in Ethiopia, which was constructed by Hangzhou Nuzhuo , has presented a scene of great activity and orderliness. With the roar of construction machinery, the project has fully entered the stage of foundation pouring and pre-installed component construction, marking that this industrial gas hub project, which has attracted much attention in the local area, has officially moved from the blueprint to the ground.

As a key project for Nuzhuo Technology’s market expansion in Africa, this project has been carried out strictly in accordance with international standards since its launch. The reason why the customer ultimately chose Nuzhuo among numerous international brands was that the KDONAr-Y type deep cryogenic liquid air separation equipment provided by Nuzhuo could perfectly achieve “one machine for three uses” – efficiently producing three high-purity industrial gases, namely oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, in the same set of equipment. For the rapidly growing metallurgy, medical, and electronic manufacturing industries in Ethiopia, this “all-spectrum” gas supply solution significantly reduces the equipment procurement costs and operational complexity for the customers. Nuzhuo also used this technical strength to once again showcase the “Made in China” brand in the markets along the “Belt and Road Initiative”.

Unlike traditional single-gas-producing equipment, this device independently developed by Nuzhuo adopts a perfect combination of a pressurized turbine expander and an efficient and regular packed tower. In terms of technical parameters, this equipment demonstrates strong industry dominance: its oxygen output ranges from 50 to 30,000 Nm³/h, with a purity of over 99.6%; the nitrogen purity can reach as high as 99.9999%, meeting the demanding requirements of the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries; and as a high-value-added product, liquid argon has a purity of up to 99.999%.
