NUZHUO 50Nm³/h pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generator produced has completed factory inspection and packaging, and has been officially dispatched to Namibia in Africa. This equipment will serve the industrial or medical oxygen demand of local customers, marking the stable development of NUZHUO’s business in the African market.

The model shipped this time is NZO-50, which belongs to the standard specification of the NUZHUO NZO series PSA oxygen generator. According to the publicly available product parameters, this model has an oxygen production capacity of 50Nm³/h, with an oxygen purity range of 93% ± 2%, and the outlet pressure is adjustable. The equipment is designed in a skid-mounted style, and its core components include a screw-type air compressor, a refrigerated dryer, a three-stage precision filter, an A/B dual adsorption tower (filled with zeolite molecular sieves), an oxygen buffer tank, and a PLC intelligent control system. The entire system uses air as the raw material and separates oxygen through the pressure swing adsorption principle at room temperature, featuring fast startup and high automation level. The design supports unmanned operation.

In response to the local climate and working conditions in Namibia, NUZHUO stated that the equipment had been debugged according to the standard configuration before leaving the factory. Compared to traditional deep cooling air separation or liquid oxygen storage tank gas supply methods, PSA oxygen generation technology offers the advantages of on-demand gas production and immediate use. It is particularly suitable for industrial projects in remote areas with unstable power grids or high transportation costs of liquid oxygen. NUZHUO has been deeply involved in the African market for several years. Its product line covers PSA oxygen generation devices ranging from 3 to 200 Nm³/h, and can be customized with oxygen booster machines and filling manifold according to customer requirements to support cylinder filling operations.

The 50Nm³/h units shipped this time belong to the medium and small capacity specifications. Each unit can meet the oxygen demand scenarios for medium and small-scale users. In the future, NUZHUO will also provide remote guidance for installation and commissioning. The sales headquarters of NUZHUO is located in Hangzhou, and the factory is set up in Tonglu. It has an annual production capacity of over a hundred sets of PSA oxygen generation equipment. With the delivery of this order, the number of NUZHUO’s existing equipment in Southern Africa will further increase, providing a practical basis for the subsequent establishment of local spare parts supply and technical service networks.
