September 29, 2025 – To support the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry in Indonesia, China’s leading manufacturer of deep cooling air separation equipment recently successfully delivered a high-performance gas separation system. It is expected to be officially put into operation on October 30. This equipment will provide high-purity oxygen and nitrogen, meeting the critical requirements of the photovoltaic manufacturing process.
Core highlights of the project
Supply of high-purity gases
Oxygen: Flow rate 220 cubic meters per hour, purity up to 99.6%,
Nitrogen: Flow rate 5000 cubic meters per hour, purity as high as 99.9995%,
Technical advantages
Utilizing deep cryogenic air separation technology, through low-temperature distillation to achieve efficient gas separation, with low energy consumption and strong stability, it meets the strict requirements of the photovoltaic industry for environmental protection and cost control.
Localization cooperation
The project was jointly implemented by Chinese and Indonesian enterprises. The equipment debugging and training have been completed, laying the foundation for the autonomy of the Indonesian photovoltaic industry chain.
Industry significance
The Indonesian government is vigorously promoting the development of renewable energy, and the photovoltaic production capacity is increasing year by year. The stable supply of high-purity gases will directly enhance the efficiency and yield rate of local photovoltaic module production, and further reduce manufacturing costs.
