The seamless operation of this project is underpinned by our scientifically proven and mature air separation technology. The entire process follows a precise, multi-step workflow to ensure optimal efficiency and gas quality. Initially, ambient air is drawn into the system through high-efficiency filters, which eliminate 99.9% of dust, aerosols, and other solid impurities to prevent equipment wear and gas contamination. Next, the filtered air is compressed to a specific pressure by a low-energy centrifugal compressor, then cooled down through a heat exchanger that reuses cold energy from the subsequent separation process—an energy-saving design that minimizes waste. Once cooled to -196°C, the air is converted into a liquid state, which is then sent to a fractional distillation tower. In the tower, liquid air is gradually heated, and since oxygen and nitrogen have distinct boiling points (-183°C for oxygen and -196°C for nitrogen), they vaporize at different stages and are collected separately, ensuring the final products meet ultra-high purity requirements.
