The KDN-5000 high-nitrogen cryogenic air separation unit, designed and manufactured by Nuzhuo Group, was successfully commissioned and officially put into operation at a high-end materials manufacturing base in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, China. The successful commissioning of the KDN-5000 air separation unit represents Nuzhuo Group’s cutting-edge achievement in ultra-high purity, high nitrogen extraction rate cryogenic air separation technology. This equipment utilizes advanced cryogenic distillation technology and a proprietary, high-efficiency, structured packing tower. It can consistently produce ultra-high-purity nitrogen (HPN) with purities exceeding 99.9995%. It also boasts an exceptional oxygen extraction rate, producing over 5,000 standard cubic meters of nitrogen per hour. Its comprehensive performance and reliability reach internationally leading levels.

The success of this project is of great strategic significance for meeting the urgent demand for ultra-high-purity industrial gases in China’s and even the world’s high-end manufacturing industries. As a critical “lifeblood” of industry, ultra-high-purity nitrogen is widely used in:
